CONNECT

Professionals whose organizations use Cityworks technology are invited to connect with their peers and Cityworks staff. The conference offers the unique opportunity of interacting and networking with peers from around the globe, meeting with Cityworks staff face-to-face, and discussing future product direction.

TRAINING

Come a few days early and benefit from a variety of training presented by Cityworks staff. Courses range from entry-level to more advanced topics such as configuration and data analysis.

Register by October 1, 2016, and receive a $100 regional training credit for each day registered ($200 maximum) to be applied towards any regional training at one of our 3 training locations – Salt Lake, Dallas, or Milwaukee in 2017.  Expires December 31, 2017.

Whether you’re a seasoned GIS professional, O&M manager, engineer, IT professional, or you’re just looking into the potential of Cityworks technology, this is the conference for you to explore the spectrum of integrated solutions built specifically for local governments and utilities.

VARIETY

Attendees have the opportunity to participate in Cityworks technical courses, attend user and partner presentations. Learn in the Cityworks Expo, featuring the Cityworks Showcase, Demo Theater, Solution Stations, and Partner Solutions Expo.

CONFERENCE

Conference Plenary: Cityworks President Brian Haslam outlines company vision and plans for the upcoming software releases with the assistance of key Cityworks staff.

Technical Worshops: Taught by Cityworks staff to help build your Cityworks skills.

Moderated User Sessions: Listen to users from around the country and the world to gain insight into specific Cityworks implementations designed to solve unique challenges. If you would like to present, please fill out this form.

Lightning Talks: Short and focused presentations in the Expo Hall given by partners that illustrate unique approaches to and integrations with Cityworks.

Registration Fee: $550. Includes: All scheduled sessions, socials, and food. Conference registration does not include preconference training. Late Registration: $625 after October 15, 2016

PRE-CONFERENCE TRAINING

Come a few days early to attend focused, day-long training taught by Cityworks staff. Single day and multi-day training classes and workshops cover a broad range of topics will be provided.

Registration: $1,100 per day. December 4-5, 2016. Preconference training registration  includes training course, training documents, use of a computer, cloud server training environment and certificate of completion. Training registration does not include conference registration ($550.) Early registration ends October 1, 2016.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Welcome Reception: Welcome to the Cityworks Conference! Join us for the Welcome Reception, where you can socialize with new and old friends. Conference check-in will also be available the same evening. Mark your calendars for Monday, Dec. 5, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Salt Palace Convention Center South Lobby.

Cityworks Expo Social: Cityworks appreciates you, our users! Come socialize, meet vendors, and enjoy wonderful appetizers before heading out for the evening. The social will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. in Halls D&E of the Salt Palace Convention Center.

$50 Adult Guest Passes: Includes adult admission to socials and food, does not include conference registration or preconference training. Minors under 21 are not allowed to attend the conference or socials.

CITYWORKS SKI SCHOOL

Stay a couple extra days after the conference and join your friends at the Cityworks Ski School at Park City Mountain Resort. The envy of every other ski town, Park City is less than 30 minutes from the Convention Center. At 7,300 acres and 3,200 vertical elevation change, Park City is the largest ski resort in the U.S. After a day on the slopes there's après ski wandering Park City's Main Street with over 100 bars and restaurants.
