Cityworks Storeroom add-on software is a desktop application designed to track warehouse transactions in a secure environment. Storeroom functions include but are not limited to the following items:
• Requisitions can be created for individual materials or from a search on reorder quantity threshold.
• Transfers can be tracked for materials moved from storeroom to storeroom. Vehicle inventories can be considered storerooms, if appropriate.
• Receive tracks the materials coming into the storeroom from a supplier or from a work order return.
• Issue tracks the issue of materials to account, employee, or work orders.
• Audit allows for readjustment of quantities and costs of tracked materials.
• Supplier tracks key information from the issuing sources.
• Costing options LIFO/FIFO, Weighted Average, or User-defined.
