Cityworks training is offered through several venues. Administration trainings are held in our newly remodeled corporate facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Remote interactive trainings (RIT) are available via the web as well as regional trainings at client or business partner sites based on demand. Several pre-conference trainings are held prior to our annual Cityworks User Conference. The conference itself offers many courses from Cityworks staff, business partners, and users.
Cityworks training is modular to match the right training with the right users. Most sections are provided in manageable 4-hour blocks of time to focus relevant topics to the type of work each group performs. Class size is typically 1 to 2 students for web trainings in order to maximize interaction. Detailed course manuals and certificates of completion are included with the training.
