Currently underway, Azteca Systems Inc. is experiencing higher turnout at the 2013 Cityworks Regional User Group (RUG) meetings than ever before. With seventeen Cityworks RUG meetings being held throughout the US from September through December, Azteca Systems is expecting around 850 in attendance overall for the series of events.
“Taking our user group meetings on the road provides us with the unique opportunity of strengthening our network of users,” stated Wayne Hill, vice president of client relations. “New and exciting uses of Cityworks have been discussed as well as ways to strengthen and maximize the solution. Azteca Systems thanks all involved – from our valued clients to our RUG meeting sponsors to our Cityworks staff – for joining together to make these meetings a success.”
The theme for this year’s RUG meetings, Elevate, focuses on how users can elevate Cityworks within their organizations. Presentations address four areas of Elevate: engagement, mobility, extensibility and accountability. Discussions and demos show how to achieve these focus areas with Cityworks and Cityworks business partners. For example, when examining mobility, Cityworks staff demonstrates the Field, Mobile, and IOS/Android Cityworks solutions. They also discuss how Cityworks partners have developed mobile solutions that incorporate Cityworks. In addition, at least two client presentations are held addressing one area of focus at each event.
