Since the introduction of Ideas, Cityworks clients have provided a very enthusiastic response! We’ve loved having the input and feedback from so many users. There have been over 400 Ideas submitted to the site and around 25 percent of those submittals are either currently in development, or have already been incorporated and released into Cityworks software. As Ideas are submitted to the site they are reviewed and incorporated into Azteca Systems’ development “blocks” based on functionality. This process insures that our users will see beneficial enhancements designed and created to complement and extend existing functionality.
