Indio Water Authority, California, is using Cityworks and Axim Geospatial to address California’s Electronic Positive Response (EPR) mandate, which requires utility organizations to send electronic communications to excavators, developers, and contractors, updating them on the status of 811 “Call Before You Dig” requests.
