Cityworks Innovate Conference builds a strong community of users who are empowered to share effective solutions to their biggest organizational challenges. Our goal is to provide the best event and hands-on learning experience to connect Cityworks users. The Advanced Loyalty Rate, which is available until February 28, 2022, helps us cover the base cost of food, facilities, equipment, and content delivery.

Yes. If you have a balance due at the time of the conference, you will need to pay at the onsite registration desk. The registration desk accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash.

Cancellations for conference fees received prior to Dec. 1, 2022, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after Dec. 1, 2022. Substitutions may be made at any time. Contact us directly if you wish to arrange a cancellation or substitution.
Registrations and payment for training must be received no later than Nov. 1, 2022, to hold your reservation. Cancellations received prior to Nov. 1, 2022, will receive a full refund. Cancellations after Nov. 1, 2019, will receive training credit to be used by your organization within one year of cancellation. Substitutions may be made up through Friday, Nov. 25, 2022, based on availability. PLEASE NOTE: Course changes will not be allowed onsite. Yes. The Salt Palace is a public building, but Cityworks Innovate Conference is a private event. Security will be stationed at the entrance points to the Cityworks Expo, socials, and meals. Only those with Cityworks Innovate Conference badges will be allowed in.
General session starts at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7, and Thursday, Dec. 8.

No. You must be registered for the Cityworks Conference to attend training.
One complimentary registration per organization may be available for Cityworks users who present, but acceptance as a presenter does not automatically register you for the event. You will need to register online using the complimentary registration code provided.

The Salt Palace Convention Center offers two convenient, fully-staffed underground parking garages. The first is a 600-stall garage located at 185 West 200 South. The second is a 400-stall garage located at 50 South 300 West. Cost is $12.00 per day (subject to change). Other parking venues are available.
